Doom 64 is coming to Switch!

For such an unassuming Direct, Nintendo really brought a ton of killer titles. Bethesda took a few minutes to talk about Doom and it confirmed that Doom 64 will be coming to the Switch on November 22, 2019. One of the most overlooked games in the Nintendo 64’s library, this title has been highly requested for a re-release for nearly 20 years now.

I’m overjoyed, too. I’ve played the game a few times start to finish and even recently did so thanks to the wonderful Doom 64 EX port. We didn’t get many more details, but this port will likely be based on that PC version. I’d also expect Bethesda to confirm it coming to other platforms in the not so distant future. Really, don’t sleep on this one.
