Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy has new dates

The music from the Final Fantasy series is epic. Hearing the music played live by a full orchestra is even more so. Unfortunately full orchestras are very expensive and I know from experience that if you try to kidnap one it is also prohibitively expensive because you have to feed all of them enough to play their instruments well. Thankfully, there is the Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy concert series so we may all experience the beauty of FF music without resorting to mass kidnapping.

Distant Worlds has been announcing its 2010 schedule and they just released the U.S. dates having already confirmed that they would be in Seoul Feb. 6 and 7, and in Stockholm on June 12. They will now also be arriving in San Francisco on July 15 and 16, San Diego on July 22, Wolftrap (DMV represent!) on July 30, and Ravinia, IL on Aug. 1. You can’t get tickets to any of the U.S. shows yet, but if you’re near Seoul or Stockholm you can head here to pick them up.
