Disney Infinity 3.0 will have a few Kingdom Hearts homages

Plus, a Keyblade

When Disney Infinity 3.0 hits, it’ll arrive with a few great extras for Kingdom Hearts fans, which were announced at Disney’s annual D23 Expo event last weekend. For starters, the Keyblade is in the game as a special unlock, similar to the lightsaber in the original title.

It was also announced that the “King Mickey” costume will allow Mickey to transform into his Kingdom getup — but right now, that power disc is only for D23 attendees. Don’t fret though, as previous D23 exclusives tend to make it into full production eventually.

I’m hoping to get Disney Infinity 3.0 soon for a review later this month.
