Just in case you didn’t max out all your credit cards on Black Friday, online retailers have fabricated a new bastion of American consumerism in recent years: “Cyber Monday.” It’s the Monday after Thanksgiving, and while Black Friday is still thought of as a day for brick-and-mortar retailers to make bank, Cyber Monday was designed to help so-called e-tailers kick off their holiday shopping season. It’s even got its own Web site, CyberMonday.com, which is sponsored by the National Retail Federation’s Shop.org — so you know it’s legit!
So why should you give a damn? Why, because there are some great deals to be had on videogames, of course!
