Disciples III Renaissance website launched

Funny story: Earlier this year I met with studio Akella and saw a beautiful turn-based strategy RPG called Disciples III: Renaissance. Seasoned PC gamers will recognize the Disciples series name, but they should know that this next title has really pushed the game’s tech forward. Again, it was beautiful in art and in gameplay, and is something I’d love to get my hands on. I was prepared to tell you all about it, but I lost my voice notes and…well, I got nothin’. Maybe I can catch up with them again to get another peek at it.

In the meantime, they’ve announced a brand new website for the game, which is set to release in Europe later this month and in America later this summer. You’ll get a good look at some of the lovely visuals I saw, and the first “game” link does a good job of explaining the battle system and game mechanics. See? You don’t even need my preview.
