Die Mickey Mouse Die: Fight back in Los Disneys

[I loved visiting Disneyland as a child. I still love it when I get to head out to the West Coast and visit Disneyland. So, I’m all for destroying Disney World, as I have absolutely no emotional attachment to it. While you’re waiting for BioShock, give this game a shot, eh? — DMV]

Ever want to storm Disney World and punch out Mickey Mouse or machine-gun Donald Duck? Somebody else did too and they made a game out of it. Created nearly ten years ago, Los Disneys is a free FPS built upon the Aleph One engine where you must take on the Walt Disney Corporation in 2015, destroy the frozen head of Walt Disney and stop Michael Eisner’s doomsday device.

Originally released exclusively for Mac, the game has resurfaced with versions for PC & Linux systems and features cross-platform network gaming. The graphics may be dated, but the game looks and sounds too bizarre not to play the crap out of. You have to, at the very least, check out the artwork section — it’s criminal if you don’t. Come on, you know you’ve wanted to take down “The House the Mouse Built” at some point in time…now’s your chance! Lock and load, the full story is below:

The year is 2015. Steeped in national debt, the United States reluctantly allows the Walt Disney Company to purchase the entire peninsula of Florida in the largest geographic acquisition since the Louisiana Purchase. Under its new president, formerly-ousted CEO Michael Eisner, the newly-sovereign state is renamed Los Disneys. Your job is to infiltrate the Magic Kingdom, blasting your way through animatronic pirates, holographic ghosts, tourists, security guards and even Mickey himself in an attempt to seek and destroy the frozen head of Walt Disney. However, doing so inadvertently triggers Eisner’s doomsday device… unless you can stop it.
