Capcom revealed Devil May Cry 5 at E3 this year, seemingly out of the blue, and since that announcement, it’s been pumping up fans at every major trade show around the world. It was first playable at gamescom, then PAX, and now it’s going to Tokyo Game Show 2018. In case you haven’t already seen enough of the game to know you want it, Capcom dropped a new trailer showing off Dante, Nero, and V, the third playable character of the game.

This wasn’t the only new trailer Capcom had in store. It also announced the deluxe edition of the game will include some exclusive Devil Breakers, including one that eats pasta and the iconic Mega Buster as seen in the trailer below.

As you can see from the end of the trailer, the deluxe edition will also feature live-action cutscenes that are, according to product listings, “movies that were recorded during development.” Sounds like some awesome mocap footage to me.

Preorders are now available for the standard and deluxe versions of the game, and the pages for the title on the Microsoft and Sony websites have clued us in on another nugget of information. Apparently, Devil May Cry 5 will sport some sort of online multiplayer for two to three players.

Hmm…three playable characters, up to three players online…

Are you thinking what I’m thinking?
