Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition will be digital-only in the west

But Japan is getting a physical version

I couldn’t be more excited for Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition, but sadly, I won’t have a physical copy to add to my collection. Apparently in the west, the newly minted remaster will only be present in digital form.

Japan however will be getting a limited physical run, which comes in bundle form and includes a 64-page companion book, a soundtrack CD, and extra covers. In terms of digital rewards you’ll also net two new costumes (hopefully these come standard overseas) and 300,000 red orbs.

The eastern release will drop on June 18, and there hasn’t been an exact date for the rest of the world yet.
