Adam Jensen loyalists will now find a familiar face in Prague. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided‘s first story DLC, System Rift, is focused on a character from 2011’s Human Revolution.
System Rift released today and it reintroduces Francis Pritchard, Jensen’s friend and colleague from Sarif Industries. Pritchard wants information on the Santeau group, a desire that leads Jensen to break into the ultra-secure Palisade Bank Corporation’s Blade facility. The add-on is said to be self-contained and will explore a new part of the city.
It has been exactly one month since Mankind Divided released, meaning that Square Enix is marching along to the post-release content cadence. System Rift is the first major add-on, but it surely won’t be the last. Mankind Divided has a $30 season pass to make good on, and System Rift runs $11.99 on its own.
