Destructoid LIVE 2: Revenge will be mine against 2K!

Recommended Videos

So it started off innocent enough. One day, Destructoid went to 2K to check out The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom. One thing led to another and I ended up challenging Paul Bellezza, co-creator of P.B. Winterbottom, to a pie eating contest. We then had a rematch with 2K at PAX East 2010 where … Paul won again. This time though he won fair and square (he threw up in his mouth and kept going!)

We’re keeping the food eating tradition going with 2K at our Destructoid LIVE 2 panel, this time centered around The Darkness II. The new game from Digital Extremes is all about Quad-Wielding, where players can shoot guns and use their demon tentacle arms at the same time.

For this food eating battle, we’re engaging 2K and Digital Extremes in a two-vs-two match up. One person will “act” like the demon tentacle arms you get in Darkness II. So basically, the “demon” partner will stand behind their teammate and shovel the cake into their partner’s mouth. The person that has to eat can’t use their own hands at all. So like this, but with cake.

BONUS: The cakes will be shaped like human hearts to keep up with the whole Darkness II theme going on. So join us this Sunday in the Unicorn Theatre at 12PM and see who throws up first!
