Destiny 2 – Where to find Archie in the Cosmodrome

Who gave the robot dog clearance to fly across the planet?

It appears the Tower needs to enact a leash law, as everyone’s favorite Destiny 2 pooch has gone missing yet again. This time, Archie has taken a trip to where our adventure began, the Cosmodrome on Earth.

Where in the Cosmodrome is Archie?

1. Investigate the paw prints

Our search begins where it ended last time, at the Annex in the Tower. Visiting Archie’s spot finds only a set of paw prints leading to Ada-1. She’ll relay the canine had an interest in visiting the Cosmodrome on Earth and Shaw Han might have further information.

2. Shaw Han and the Loot Cave

Speaking with the blueberry coordinator reveals Archie was indeed there and wanted to see a cave in Skywatch. Whether you’re a longtime player or are familiar with the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon, then you know where to look next, the small cave in the middle of Skywatch.

3. The Satellite

Investigating the paw prints in front of the loot cave gives us the next clue. It references an early quest in Destiny where the Guardian had to hold off a Hive advance and raise a Satellite to re-establish Rasputin’s communication across the Sol system.

This room is inside the Terrestrial Complex on the way to the Forgotten Shore. As you progress, there will be stray paw prints, letting you know you’re headed in the right direction. The room we want has a large column of computers in the middle. On the far end will be a skeleton sitting in a chair by our next clue.

4. Fallen S.A.B.E.R.

The clue by the skeleton references the Destiny strike, Fallen S.A.B.E.R., when the Fallen tried to take control of Rasputin’s Bunker. This is in the Forgotten Shore, past the beached ships. If you follow the path, you’ll eventually end up on a cliff. Drop to the beach below to find the bunker doors and our next clue.

5. Jumpship

Archie’s final stop in his tour of the Cosmodrome is where the Guardian and Ghost found their first jumpship. Fast travel back to Shaw Han and head deeper into the building the Hunter is facing. Once you hit Dock 13, you’ll spot Archie in his own little Titan bubble, surrounded by Fallen.

You’ll need to clear out this group of ruffians, including their boss, the Reaver Vandal. It’s not a particularly difficult fight, but if the Architects take you out, you’ll respawn back in Dock 13 with no progress lost. With the Fallen defeated, offer some pawsitive reinforcement to Archie and head back to Ada-1.

Back to Ada-1

After heading back to the Annex in the Tower, speak with Ada-1. She’s just as confused as we are as to how Archie got all the way to Old Russia. For your troubles, she’ll give you another gift from Archie: the Spinfoil Hat.

The Spinfoil Hat is another relic from Cayde-6’s stash. It’s a reference to the Tinfoil Hat of our time, meant to block out those secret government rays. In this case, the hat is made out of the Spinmetal found in the Cosmodrome.
