I want to pilot the Bebop
Out of all the places I could play Beat Hazard, I usually play on my phone. Beat Hazard on Steam, however, is packing brand new DLC. The Shadow Operations pack may just change my mind about which platform I choose to play on.
The DLC comes toting nine brand new ships with different firing patterns and abilities, Steam Workshop support, and 16 additional Steam achievements for when you just need something new to accomplish. New ships and achievements aren’t the only reasons you’ll want to check out the new content, though. You can upload your own images (any .png file) to create your own ships. You mean I can fly around as the Bebop? I’m down.
In addition, the new Shadow Mission system assigns specific quests to each ship, doling out mission stars and ranking you up as you go. You could eventually become Shadow Force Elite, so while you’re cranking Daft Punk or Mark Lanegan, consider your true potential. Personally, I play my best games to Capsule or 2NE1, but that’s just me.
