Here I was thinking that I wouldn’t have to worry about Black Friday coverage for a couple of weeks. Walmart blows that all up by announcing a pre-Black Friday sale, set for this Saturday at 11 a.m.
Xbox 360 Kinect bundles have been “rolled back” for this early start on Black Friday. The 250GB with Kinect is $399 and includes a $50 gift card. The 4GB is $299 and also comes with the $50 gift card. If you need a new gaming TV the LG 47” Class LED TV is on sale for $698.
As for the real Black Friday, Walmart reveals that they will give those that sign up at their Facebook page an early preview of sale items.
Amazon also has a bunch of good stuff on sale. L.A. Noire is 50 percent off, Homefront is only $19.99, and a bunch of other games have been discounted. On the digital side, the 5 Pack Need for Speed Bundle is $31.98, or 60 percent off. It contains: Shift and Shift 2, NFS: Undercover, Hot Pursuit and ProStreet. Not bad! Some digital pre-orders are also 15 percent off.
Finally, Fry’s has an in-store deal where you can get a PS3 Slim (320GB), Uncharted 3 and Battlefield 3 in a bundle, all for $299. That deal expires today, so go now.
