If this latest trailer for Ignition Entertainment’s Deadly Premonition is anything to go by, the upcoming horror-action game exclusive to Xbox 360 is destined to be a cult classic.
The other possible outcome could be something along the lines of a Syfy Original, except with much better visuals. This game’s low-fi graphics are more impressive than any of the CGI found in those so-bad-they’re-good movies; the same could be said of most Atari 7800 games.
To me, that honestly doesn’t sound like a bad alternative. Either way, the total overdose on goofiness is present, which is all I really want to get out of Deadly Premonition. Thanks, quirky taste in games/films; you make life exceptionally fun.
