Dead Space 3’s Kinect command cheat sheet

The game’s 40+ verbal instructions on one easy page

Say what you will about Kinect’s general usefulness as a gaming peripheral, but I genuinely like to issue voice commands to my games and that’s the thing it seems to work best for. Fact is, I’m already yelling at the screen half the time anyway, so that energy might as well be put to some benefit. As such, I’m looking forward to using my words with Isaac Clarke in Dead Space 3 this week.

To make it easier, Electronic Arts has distributed a PDF file you can print out with all of the voice commands for Dead Space 3 in a neat list organized by categories. There are over 40 commands in total, ranging from basic environment interaction and picking up items to menu selections, power activation and co-op player instructions.

One tiny warning, in the event you wanted to go in totally cold. The sheet does list the names of locations in the game used, which may or may not ruin something. It’s probably nothing, but I’d hate for someone to get upset about it, so you might want to just wait and see what pops up on your screen.

Our review of Dead Space 3 drops in just a few hours.
