Dead Rising 2’s launch trailer sets the mood

Here is the trailer to watch, if you’re at all looking into Dead Rising 2.

This video goes slightly deeper into the game’s narrative than the recent teaser for Case West did — Chuck Greene is being framed by someone for the outbreak, apparently. I wasn’t so sure that was one of the main story threads, but based on the way this trailer is cut, it seems like it will be.

Capcom even brought on the voice actor who does narration for exploitation film trailers in my dreams. Yes, I dream about grindhouse movies, and there’s often a man who sounds just like this person who throws down absurd lines of dialogue.
