Indie roguelike, Metroidvania game Dead Cells is now available on Linux and Mac OS X. This coincides with the current Steam summer sale with a 40% off discount. Once the summer sale is over, the game will be increasing in price (from $19.99 to $24.99) to represent the expanded support that developer Motion Twin is providing. Mod support is the first thing on the docket, with partial support coming in an update very soon.

The game is still on track to launch this August on PC, Linux, Mac OS, PS4, Switch and Xbox One.
