Looking at this new video for Dark Void, I have deduced that the game is going to go one of two ways — either it will be totally awesome and make you feel like Boba Fett, or it will be an exercise in pure frustration and won’t work properly. The new trailer does not make it clear which direction the game will go in.
It certainly looks promising, but I just can’t help wondering how the aerial chicanery is going to handle from a control perspective. Images of unwieldy flight mechanics and buttons that do a gazillion things at once cascade within my mind. One only hopes that Airtight Games knows what it’s doing, because it’s got serious potential.
