A good horror FPS tells its events through its setting, and Crisol: Theater of Idols is full of some really strong environmental storytelling.

One of the more upsetting areas in the entire game is La Perla Occulta, where you can find the aftermath of a horrible scene involving girls living in the home. But to continue through the area, you need to properly figure out who belonged where in the six bedrooms nearby.

Here’s how to solve La Perla Occulta’s door puzzle with the girl’s names in Crisol: Theater of Idols.

Crisol: Theater of Idols – La Perla Occulta secret door puzzle solution

When navigating through La Perla Occulta, Gabriel is faced with a hidden door puzzle that requires you to properly place the girls’ name plates and their corresponding rooms. You are given context clues and important information from a diary file found within the area.

The solution to the puzzle can be found below:

  • A – Nereida
    • In the notes, Nereida was described as very ill, and the wheelchair seen within hints at this.
  • B – Ninfa
    • Ninfa was said to have a child, and a baby’s crib can be seen through the peephole.
  • C – Ondina
    • The main culprit of the murders was nearby Ninfa, and the only other room left over from the context clues.
  • D – Delfina
    • Delfina hid a knife under her pillow, and it can be seen in her room.
  • E – Galena
    • Galena complained about the noise of construction, likely from being next to Brisa. Also, the blood stains seen through the peephole point to the fact that she was likely murdered by Ondina.
  • F – Brisa
    • The room in F has a broken bathroom, and Brisa was complaining about a big leak.

I will say, however, that I found the proper solution originally, and the game did not register it, likely due to a bug of some kind. I had to restart my game and enter the names properly for it to work, so if you’re having issues with the solution provided, try doing that.

Once the names are entered properly as described above, the door should open, and you can proceed to the next area.
