The solution for the safe in the entry room in La Perla Occulta can be found by looking in the individual rooms themselves, with the clue given on a piece of paper nearby. The solutions are found in rooms A, F, B, and E to help open the safe and get the rewards inside.
The symbols for A, F, and B can be seen slightly glowing on sheets of paper by looking through the corresponding peepholes, but the one for E must be found inside the broken bathroom area. The solution is as follows: Anchor, Stick, Kraken, Anchor, and it can be seen in the image below:
