A lot of times things cost too much; some times you find things that are a great deal. The similarity between these two occurrences is that you, the consumer, do not get to choose the price of the thing that costs too much or the thing that is a great deal. Someone else decided for you. However, from now until Jan. 15, you can be the price setter. All you have to do is decide to buy Crayon Physics Deluxe and then decide how much you want to pay for it.
In celebration of his birthday Petri Purho, creator of the game, has decided that he will be selling it to the general public for whatever they want to pay for it. Happy Birthday to us him! The real question is how much you are going to pay. Are you a douche-rocket who will only give a penny for a game a man poured his heart and soul into, or will you be far too charitable and pay hundreds of dollars for it? The choice is yours, make it wisely, and remember that with great power comes great responsibility… or something.
Update: It seems some people have been having a few issues with the pay-what-you-want version of the game. No response yet from the devs. Could just be a problem with the gents who posted, but we figured a heads-up was in order. [Thanks, Timothy]
