Man, this one brings back a painful memory of my gaming youth. We had a computer when I was a kid, and my dad had a copy of one of the old X-Com games (don’t ask which one). I saw him playing it and was all like, “Yeah, this looks awesome!” So I taught myself how to boot up DOS mode on our Compaq, fired that bad boy up, and was instantly and horrendously destroyed by the aliens. I learned a powerful lesson that month of horrible trial and error — some people should just stick with Sonic games.
If you’re sitting back laughing at how hilariously bad I am at video games, then I think Depth of Extinction is just the game for you.
The world has descended into chaos, and killers machines are on the loose. Multiple factions vie for what’s left of humanity in a violent struggle for power. You are a member of the last remaining government, and it’s your job to stop the war and bring some stability to mankind. Explore a dangerous underwater world as you seek out the remaining human threats, and encounter not-so-human foes along the way.

- Unlock 8 unique character classes
- Outfit your team with 115 different weapons, armor, and items
- Fight 25 unique enemies from 5 factions

You guys enjoy this one — I’ll be off playing Hello Kitty Island Adventure, instead. That game is a little more my speed.
