I gotta admit: 3D platformers are my favorite games. It’s far and away my favorite genre. You’ve got Super Mario 64, Jak and Daxter, A Hat in Time — the genre is absolutely rife with fantastic and classic experiences.
That’s why I’m really happy to give away digital copies of Ginger: Beyond the Crystal to celebrate its upcoming physical release!
Ginger is a retro 3D platformer in the vein of the classics mentioned above. Join the titular hero as he runs, jumps, and bops his way to restoring the shards of crystal that once held the world together. With each piece you purify, you get to rebuild the world in your quest to bring order back to the universe. Obstacles, challenges, and unlockable abilities are the name of the game here, so if you’re into the genre like you’ve come to the right place!
