The prospect of Golgoth Studio updating Joe & Mac for the high-def era when work on the gorgeous-looking Toki remake is finished excited me greatly, and it definitely excited you guys a lot too.
Data East’s 16-bit co-op platformer about beating up dinosaurs until they wept worked in the early 90s, and it sure as hell works today. As fate would have it, my guess about Joe & Mac perfectly fitting the developer’s tease was right — it’s been announced.
As with Toki, you can tell Golgoth is putting nothing but the utmost amount of care into recreating Joe & Mac with beautiful new art. I for one can’t wait to see more.
