Come peep glimpses at Mirror’s Edge Catalyst gameplay

Fluffy developer diary

Recommended Videos

Just last week two Mirror’s Edge Catalyst developer diaries focused on “Combat” and “Movement,” but today’s focuses on “Gameplay” and — wait, what? So help me if combat and movement aren’t part of gameplay (also, if combat is a big part of gameplay in the sequel….)

Hmm, some notes of “side-missions” to go with open-world anxieties. Additional enemy types that need to be dispatched with a variety of combat moves and styles. Hmm, at least the composer is carried over from the original? Oh, and spied cherry blossoms at the end. I am a perpetual sucker for those suckers.

Catalyst hits PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on May 24.
