Open for Trade quest walkthrough in Palia
The first step you’re given in Civic Project: Docks is the Open for Trade quest, which Ashura grants you right away after you speak to him about the project. This tutorial mission helps you get familiar with this gameplay feature and has two key tasks to complete.
- Craft a supply box at a dockside work table. Visit the docks, interact with a work table there, and craft any of the available listed supply boxes you have the means to make. An easy one to start off with is the Basic Farmer’s Kit box, but any of the listed options work for fulfilling this task.
- Donate a supply box using the sign near the docks. Once you have a supply box made, visit the sign close to the docks. When you’re standing close to it, the “Contribute Supplies” option will pop up. Interact with the sign to select it, and locate the supply box you made to submit your work.
- Return to Ashura. Meet back up with Ashura after submitting your first donation to complete this tutorial mission.

After completing this beginner mission, you’re given free rein to tackle the Civic Project: Docks event. No additional quests will pop up to walk you through it, so how you choose to tackle the crafting from this point onward is entirely up to you.
