In celebration of Talk Like A Pirate Day, Capcom is dishing out heaps of Age of Booty by way of an open beta, which can be accessed over here.
Since the beta is open, you won’t need anything to give the pirate-themed real-time strategy a spin other than some serious patience, unless you just happen to be a paid FilePlanet subscriber. No, really, the time it takes to download and install the game is no laughing matter.
If you are using an older machine and don’t want to risk not being able to run AoB, look for the PC requirements after the break, even though they are pretty tame.
Also beyond the jump are the achievements for the Xbox LIVE Arcade version, in case you’re into that sort of thing. We won’t judge you.
