Cheapskate alert: Universe at War is only $5 on Steam

Another Friday night, another weekend deal from Steam is upon us. This time, it’s Petroglyph’s 2007 sci-fi real-time strategy game, Universe at War: Earth Assault. While the title normally runs for $19.99, it’s been brought down to $5 and will remain at that price until Monday.

I almost picked up the Xbox 360 version of Universe at War during the massive $10 Best Buy sale a few weeks ago, but then I remembered Brad’s review and decided against it. However, my gut tells me the PC version might actually be worth the low price.

Riddle me this, Dtoiders: is UaW worth the five bucks, or is my money better spent on a Spicy Chicken Sandwich from Wendy’s?
