The Capcom fighting title Tatsunoko vs. Capcom is almost perfect on the Wii as is, if you ask me. The only thing missing is a good controller.

Mad Catz brought along the Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Arcade FightStick along to CES to show off, and Alex Verrery gave us a quick rundown of the new controller’s features. The chassis is based off of existing Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 sticks, but they have redesigned the joystick and buttons for this new release. The unit connects directly to your Wii Remote, so you can consider this a wireless unit. There’s also dual turbos, a locking switch and a non-slip matte finish for the art. All in all, a very nice package.

The TvC Arcade FightStick will be released around the same time that the game is, which is sometime later this month.
