Final Fantasy IV is often lauded among long-time fans of the seminal role-playing series as one of the best, and when Square Enix released the 2008 DS remaster, it was generally well-received. Today, the company launched an Android version of the 2008 release.

Once again, players can take up the mantle of the dark knight Cecil in his quest of self-discovery, friendship, loss, and betrayal. Also, crystals. Never forget crystals.

Final Fantasy IV is compatible with devices running Android 2.3 or later, and it is available for $15.99 on the Google Play Store.
