CBS’ Survivor coming to the Wii, uses Balance Board

Recommended Videos

For the first time ever, Survivor, that television show that everyone else in the world watched, has a game coming to the Wii and DS. It seems like there would have been a Survivor game for these systems already, but it’s just now happening.

Get this: the Wii version of the game uses the Wii Balance Board. You’ll “get physical” defending your tribe’s honor in 24 island challenges against up to three other players. Survivor host Jeff Probst actually voiced the game. I’m guessing there will be a lot of running in place as Probst blabbers on in the background.

In the DS game you’ll run around an island foraging for food and shelter, just like in the TV show.

Valcon Games says that both games should be hitting stores any time now.

Am I missing something by not watching Survivor?
