A demo for Castlevania Lords of Shadow has landed on Xbox Live Marketplace for Gold subscribers today; the demo weighs in at a whopping 2 GB.
Lords of Shadow is Konami’s “re-imagining” of the Castlevania series as a third-person, action-adventure title in the vein of titles like God of War, along with a hint of Shadow of the Colossus. The title was developed by MercurySteam, who had previously worked on Clive Barker’s Jericho, along with Kojima Productions.
It’s out this week for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. We’ll have our review up as soon as Jim can finish the copy he’s planning on buying tomorrow, when the game is released.
