Castlevania arcade game is a light gun game with a whip

Your eyes do not deceive you — you’re looking at video footage of a new Castlevania arcade game. It appears to use some Wii Remote-like device that you point and swing to take out ghouls. 

It looks reasonably fun, in the way that most light games can be fun (which is the say for 15 to 20 minutes … and intoxicated at an arcade). So this begs the question: Why not release this game for the Wii? Because, well … have you guys played Castlevania Judgment? Don’t. Please.

Depending on where you are, it’s likely you’ll have to buy a plane ticket to play this game, though. Let us know if you start seeing these things in the wild. I have some frequent flyer miles I’m willing to redeem to get my light whip on.
