In a month’s time, the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan will open its doors to welcome the country’s biggest annual gaming event, Tokyo Game Show (TGS). As is the style of the event, a wide variety of developers and publishers will be in attendance to spotlight their new and upcoming hardware and software releases to press and players.

Getting a little ahead of the game, developer Capcom has offered up a teaser of some of the titles that it will be bringing to TGS 2022. Available to play on-site will be upcoming scrapper Street Fighter 6, strategy compendium Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection, recent adventure expansion Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, and Capcom’s still-in-development din smasher Exoprimal, which will launch at some point in 2023.

In addition to the floor demos, Capcom has two digital presentations planned for the weekend. September 15 will see Capcom featured as part of the “Tokyo Game Show 2022 Capcom Online Program,” which will feature news and updates pertaining to all of the TGS-featured games. September 16 will feature a special Street Fighter 6-centric presentation. While details remain under wraps, I would not be surprised if we do not get further character and gameplay reveals for the highly anticipated sequel.

Tokyo Game Show 2022 will take place September 15-18 in Chiba, Japan. We will be sure to report all of the hottest news and reveals from the event right here on Destructoid.
