Capcom has confirmed that this year’s Leipzig Games Convention will mark the world debut of Devil May Cry 4 on the Xbox 360. While the PlayStation 3 version will also be playable, this marks the first time that the game (once thought to be a PS3 exclusive) will be playable on Microsoft’s console.

“Leipzig Games Convention,” said Michael Pattison, Senior Marketing Director for Capcom Europe, “provides an excellent opportunity for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 gamers to get hands on experience of the latest addition in the series that redefines stylish action.”

We’ve had our fair share of chances to get all stylish with the PS3 version of Devil May Cry 4; it’ll be interesting to see how the Xbox 360 version of the title is shaping up. The Games Convention runs from August 22 through August 26, and Destructoid’s very own David Haughton will be on-hand, caushing trouble and bringing you reports from this year’s show.
