Capcom is reading Mega Man fan mail? no, really!

It seems a few people are upset that Mega Man Legends 3 was canned. And there are a few of you who think that Capcom’s sent Mega Man to die. You’ve sent letters, you’ve signed petitions, you’ve hurled profanities on social networks.

Well, Capcom is actually listening.

“I am receiving and reading every piece of mail from you guys,” writes Capcom’s Christian Svensson.

Svensson posted a picture of some of the letters, calling them “so beautiful” and saying that he just had to share them. See? They’re paying attention. Or they’re ready to cook the letters; seriously, what’s going on up here?

You should also rest easy knowing that Capcom isn’t hell-bent on sending the Blue Bomber out to pasture, either.

“Thanks very much for [your] passion and love of all things [Mega Man],” Svensson continues. “I’m sorry Legends 3 didn’t happen in the end, but I’m personally working to help please [Mega Man] fans once again at some point.”

“Please bear with us,” he adds, “It’s going to take some time.”
