Dead Rising 3 is certainly looking quite promising, having all but escaped the crucible of Capcom Vancouver’s apparent desire to chase the Call of Duty audience. Following a shaky showing at E3 earlier this year where the title was vaunted as a more serious, realistic, and visceral experience; it’s pretty much been smooth sailing for the silly Xbox One launch game.

Now with the upcoming title just weeks away from release, the publisher has dropped a story trailer to whet appetites while the zombie game slowly lumbers toward our doorsteps and store shelves. Just a little while longer. Get ready to pull the trigger.
