In a move that may very well get people who were already going to buy God of War: Ascension to pick up a copy sooner than later, it’s been announced that Kratos’ new game will include early access to a demo for The Last of Us. These people know us all to well.
To be clear, it sounds as if the demo won’t be accessible during Ascension‘s March 12 launch — Naughty Dog says that through the disc, “you can obtain The Last of Us demo for free as soon as it becomes available” — but this is still a nice bonus. As a reminder, the full game won’t be releasing until May 7. Seeing that it’s one of my most anticipated titles for this year, that’s entirely too far away.
