At this point, Test Drive Unlimited 2 looks to be a dream come true for a certain group of racing game fans. I specifically say “looks” for a reason — I don’t fall into this category myself, and none of us have gotten any hands-on time with it yet. With a fall release, there’s still plenty of time for that, though.
What does this latest trailer tell us? Ibiza pool parties are happenin’, the weather system looks neat (full disclosure: I say this about every racing game ever), there’s at least slight visible car damage, and the lens flare appears to be a rainbow.
As far as trailers go in this day and age, not bad. Not bad at all.
