The US market will finally get the beautiful PSOne RPG Breath of Fire IV on August 16. Capcom Corporate Officer and SVP Christian Svensson confirmed that we’ll see this 2000 classic on the PlayStation Network in a couple of weeks in a forum post at Capcom-Unity.
To celebrate, Svensson also says that Breath of Fire PSN avatars will be available on the same day.
BOF IV is a fine game that I would be glad to add to my growing PSOne digital collection. I feel like many gamers missed it back in the day, as Final Fantasy IX came out at about the same time. Now’s your chance.
