Yesterday, Braid was released on PC. We would have loved to see what Jonathan Blow — the creator of the game — had to say about the release on his blog, but we can’t. It’s currently down, which might serve as a good indication as to the popularity of the game’s Windows release.
You can buy and download the game from a variety of places. As pointed out by community member IroN1c, it’s available through Steam, Greenhouse, Impluse and Gamersgate. If you’ve avoided the artsy videogame scene for the last year and a half and don’t know what the hubbub is about, check out our review or grab a demo from one of the above providers.
I listed the system requirements after the break. As you could imagine, they’re not on the level of Crysis, but I’m running a pretty busted up Windows joint at my house and I like to know these things.
So, what’s up? You PC guys getting Braid? What was the musical surprise?
