Rejoice guitar heroes, for today marks the release of the greatest Guitar Hero III downloadable content yet! Available on the Xbox Live Marketplace right now, the Classic Rock Track Pack can be yours for 500 Microsoft Points.
The songs included in the pack are Boston’s “Peace of Mind,” Journey’s “Any Way You Want It,” and Foreigner’s “Juke Box Hero.” If there was ever a time to scream “DO WANT” at the top of your lungs, now would be it. Seriously, feel free to go crazy.
Best of all, the songs aren’t performed by cover bands. Although, I will say that “Juke Box Hero” sounded a little … off. Fortunately, Boston and Journey sound as incredible as they did in their prime.
Are the rest of you going to download this pack, or are you having a hard time justifying spending 500 Microsoft Points on 3 songs that can only be played with a guitar peripheral, unlike Rock Band‘s DLC?
