Blizzard teases Inferno mode for Diablo III

Recommended Videos

This bit of news from gamescom is sure to please the Diablo die-hards. Or not, since you guys can sometimes be a fickle bunch. Anyway, Diablo III is going to have Normal, Nightmare, and Hell difficulties, in addition to a new mode dubbed Inferno.

It’s “designed for players looking for the ultimate Diablo III challenge,” says Blizzard. Naturally, you can’t even touch this until you’ve proven your ability; completing a run of Hell and hitting level 60 are the prerequisites. Going through all of this effort will pay off when it comes to powerful rewards, however.

As an added bonus, attached is a video of some killer street art.
