Arc System Works continues to drop its weekly character trailers for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle, highlighting the DLC guests headed to the crossover fighter as part of its upcoming Version 2.0 update.

This new trailer showcases Akatsuki, of niche fighting series Akatsuki Blitzkampf. This military strategist disappeared during a mighty battle of the Arctic Circle, only to turn up alive and well some 50 years later. This short video doesn’t give us much to go on regarding Akatsuki’s fighting style, but we can see one of his supers: a powerful dash combo akin to Iori Yagami’s “Kin 1211 Shiki: Ya Otome” from the King of Fighters series

The Version 2.0 character expansion pass is expected to cost around $25, and includes Akatsuki along with eight further characters, a new scenario, and other content. A free update on the same day will overhaul CTB with a new UI and a huge list of balance changes. The Version 2.0 update will launch November 21.

BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle
