Black Ops III will have dedicated servers, adjustable FOV slider on PC

It may or may not be FPS capped

We heard all about Call of Duty: Black Ops III on Sunday, and now, thanks to the game’s lead PC developer, we know a bit more about how the Steam version is doing to end up. Apparently it will use “100%” dedicated servers for all ranked matches, just like previous Black Ops games. It will also ship with an adjustable FOV slider.

The director has stated that he prefers to not have an FPS cap, and like Black Ops II, he’d like to have it uncapped in singleplayer and zombies, while capped at 200 in multiplayer. It’s “too early” to tell what will happen, but that’s the plan.

You can get a recap of the recommended PC specs below.
