Black Ops II, Red Dead, Skyrim lead the Xbox One backwards compatibility charge

Call of Duty is now the tops

It’s time to check in with the great Xbox One backwards compatibility race! It looks like Call of Duty: Black Ops II has taken over the charts, with 78,172 votes at the time of this writing. Read Dead Redemption and Skyrim follow with 76,117 and 71,091 respectively, and the next several entries are basically all Gears, Halo, and Call of Duty related.

This is about how I expected it to go — multiplayer shooters that still have online presence are on top. It’s crazy to think how long Activision has supported some of these games, while EA shuts down a lot of their projects in just a few years.
