Silent Chests have never been as important as they are in Season 13 of Diablo 4. They have always been a vital piece of resource, but the demand has gone up in the latest season ever since the Lord of Hatred expansion dropped. With no āfixedā or āguaranteedā way to get them, finding a Silent Chest can be truly difficult.
However, thereās an effective way to get this rare resource during your grind.
Which is the best way to get Silent Chests in Diablo 4 Season 13
So, thereās no one fixed source to get Silent Chests. The best option, and the most consistent one, is to farm Helltides. These are special events that take place at regular intervals across the map. Theyāre fairly easy to locate all around the map. Once you spot one, participate in it.

You should look for a treasure chest with gold chains on it. These chests have a distinctively different look about them, which is pretty easy to spot even from a distance. Sadly, Silent Chests arenāt also āguaranteedā to drop with Helltides. They just seem to have the best chances in the current season at the time of writing. There are other ways to get Silent Chests, but the rate at which you get them is hardly good enough.

Once you find a Silent Chest, youāll need 25 Murmuring Obols to open and retrieve whatever you may find inside. Sometimes, they can include valuable gear items and other resources. If youāre someone focusing heavily on the Seasonal Challenges, youāll need to find out at least five of them to open. Unless youāve really bad luck, you should be able to get this done comfortably (as long as youāre participating enough in the Helltides).
Thatās pretty much the best way to find and open Silent Chests. While youāll need to have Murmuring Obols to open the chest, finding the resource isnāt much of an issue.
