Star Wars Zero Company has several Operators to unlock from the story, and they can eventually become the most vital additions to your team. The key to success is to use Operators who have different Specializations and Passives.

In this guide, I will judge all the Operators present in the game and how they fare in the current meta.

Complete Star Wars Zero Company Operators tier list

There are seven Operators to unlock from the story, and I have used three different tiers to judge them.

  • S-tier Operators have the strongest passive abilities inside the game.
  • A-tier Operators have decent passives that can compete with the names on the S-tier.
  • B-tier Operators have okay passives that work well in specific situations.

I have also excluded general Operators from this tier list since their in-game efficiency will largely depend on their Specializations and weapons.

S-tier

Tel-ReaTel-Rea is the only Operator with access to Padawan/Wayseeker Specialization, which is one of the best in the game. The dual play style allows you to control the enemies and their tempo during a round. While Strong with the Force Passive allows her to begin with two stacks of Harmony that affects Deflection and Lightsaber attacks, she’s on S-tier purely because of her Specialization.
JaeJae has arguably the best Passive in the entire game. As long as she has line of sight on the enemy, and they’re left with just 4 health or less after an allied operator’s attack, Jae will immediately fire her blaster. It is not relevant whether she has any remaining APs or not. The attacks are automatic, and they can land as a perfect finishing blow to kill an enemy. The potential of sweeping out enemies with this specific passive is immensely strong, which makes Jae a top-tier operator.
KabbKabb is one of the earliest Operators you unlock, and his Uppercut ability is a literal game changer. If you defeat an enemy with it, you’ll restore all your used AP.
In simple words, you can use all your AP, land Uppercut, kill and enemy, and restore Kabb completely as if you didn’t even take a turn.

LucoI live using a team that relies on ranged attacks, and this puts Luco in A-tier. With Combat Gas, you can gain three stacks of Sharpended Senses. Each stack raises hit-chance by 5% and damage of ranged attacks by +1. A stack expires only after a ranged attack. If you’re not using a ranged team, Luco drops to B-tier.
HawksFearless Leader is a really useful passive as it increases the Assist Damage for all operators. You can also update this passive to offer more damage and defense bonus. Hawks can also gain Advantage and then use it to give a +1 AP to an ally. Moreover, Hawks is fully customizable when it comes to his Specializations and weapon choices.

B-tier

ClyCombat Jump is a really fun passive that allows you to close gap on enemies and catch them by surprise. The jump bypasses Overwatch and Retaliation, while pushing enemies away from you.
However, the impact of the jump is not as strong as you’ll expect it to be.
TrickIf Trick goes down for the first time in a combat, he will automatically revive himself next turn with half of his health restored.
The passive has its use, but ultimately, you can reduce its need if Trick doesn’t go down under enemy fire. It’s an extremely situational passive that might not be required at all in lower difficulty.

You should also pay attention to the eight different Specializations that apply for both Hawks and general Operators. Understanding how the Specializations work allows you to make the correct choice and go for the best possible compositions.
