This evolution is weak in terms of the offered upgrades, but it’s not a bad one. Ideally, you’ll want to use it on chains and include cards that already have two good playstyle+. You’ll add Quick Step+ as the third one, and it’s an incredibly meta choice. The stat boosts you get are also pretty useful on the side, and you will be able to use the card in more evolutions.
