The Pivot Shift Evolution is now live in FC 27, and you can use it to upgrade a lower-rated item in your Ultimate Team squad. While the upgrades could have been decent, it’s a free evolution at the start of the season.

What I don’t like about this evolution is the requirements. They feel too stiff for comfort, but it’s a free evolution after all. Moreover, there are some wonderful candidates to be included in the upgrades.
